The Biobío Madera Regional Strategic Program was recognized with the "Territorial Productive Impact" distinction by the Corfo Biobío Regional Productive Development Committee, an instance in which PymeMad was invited to accompany the recognition. Víctor Sandoval Sanzana, president of PymeMad Biobío-Ñuble and past president of the Biobío Madera Program, participated in the event.

The Biobío Madera Program was distinguished by Corfo as one of the outstanding strategic programs at the national level, based on the application promoted by Corfo Biobío. The distinction highlights the program's work to position wood construction as an innovative, scalable, and sustainable productive model, with a focus on social housing and strengthening value chains from the territories.

The recognition was awarded during the April session of the Program's Executive Committee. PymeMad was invited to receive the recognition as an active stakeholder of Biobío Madera. Sandoval, who chaired the program for the last two years and continues to participate as past president, has articulated the voice of wood SMEs in its development from the regional presidency of PymeMad Biobío-Ñuble.

"For PymeMad, it is very significant to have been invited to accompany this recognition. It reflects that the joint work between wood SMEs, academia, and the State is yielding concrete results in the region," stated the regional president of PymeMad Biobío-Ñuble.

Sandoval's participation reaffirms PymeMad's commitment to industrialized wood construction and to territorial articulation between SMEs, academia, and public development instruments.
