PymeMad Maule elected a new board on March 17 in the Maule Region, renewing its leadership with Hernán Muñoz Bernal as president and a more compact structure of five members, aimed at strengthening the representation of small and medium-sized timber companies in the territory.

Muñoz Bernal, who has served as regional president on two previous occasions, resumes the leadership of PymeMad Maule accompanied by Fernando Rosselot Téllez as vice president, Ramiro Plaza Greene as treasurer, Luis López Mora as first director, and Catheryn Muñoz Campos as second director. The new board reduces its composition from seven to five members, with the goal of streamlining decision-making and strengthening guild management.

"We arrive with the experience of previous periods, and that gives us a solid foundation to go straight to what matters," stated Muñoz Bernal, highlighting that the new leadership comes with its own agenda focused on the internal strengthening of the guild and with expectations of advancing in coordination with the new government and regional authorities on matters that the timber sector has had pending.

The renewal of the PymeMad Maule regional board reaffirms the association's commitment to the territorial strengthening of the timber sector, consolidating the guild's presence in one of the key regions for the Chilean forestry industry.
